    ^^
It was serendipitous that I stumbled upon the Leann Rimes album the same day the Ednita album arrived in the mail, since they both contain interpretations of the same track:

As written and originally performed by Tina Arena:

Yes, there have been several released, via Joe Harnell's site. I have a couple of his CDs for The Incredible Hulk but this is the first BW soundtrack I've owned. It's great. Lots of music and small things like sound effects and whatnot that are probably wasted on someone like me who doesn't know the series too well.

Okay, i will check that site from Joe Harnell's, I know for sure you will love "The Bionc Woman", i know you will love it. it's one of my favorite 70's tv-series, and Lindsay Wagner is really great as the Bionic Woman.

Thanks. I watched the first two seasons around a decade ago and loved it. Ditto The Six Million Dollar Man.

I now have the complete BW boxset, which includes all the crossover episodes so I hope to get all the way through one of these days.

    These arrived from Network yesterday.

Love them all but I'm particularly enthralled by the giddiness of The Sentimental Agent soundtrack. And the booklet finally clears up the mystery (after 56 years!) of why the show's star mysteriously disappeared from the series and it continued for a time without him.

I was worried with that double CD release of The Sentimental Agent that there was no mention of Edwin Astley on it but the booklet notes state that the show and it’s parent show (Man of the World) also used music cues composed by Edwin Astley for other shows. Like this one:

As for the lead actor, Carlos Thompson, he had completed the ninth episode with some actress in her first tv role (Diana Rigg) and an actor in a small part as a hotel receptionist (Donald Sutherland) and he fell ill and was sent off to a nursing home in Switzerland to recuperate. Production was shut down for a fortnight and a replacement lead (John. Turner) was brought in for the next four episodes. Production on the series then ceased because Carlos Thompson had not recovered. I’ve got some of his novels. Sadly, Carlos Thompson took his own life in 1990, four years after his beloved wife’s death.

The Stranglers had some chart hits here (just checked the website, Golden Brown was the only top 10 hit, and Duchess didn't chart at all, surprisingly) but the Paul Roland album was an interesting discovery, I just had to have it.

I've wanted this album since I heard about it through a S&D fan club I belonged to in the Eighties. But first I had no internet, now I have no record player.
