I've bought it for "Spellbound" but it's a lovely compilation of pop, new wave, disco and rockabilly country ("Girl With A Synthesizer")
Maybe two songs that I don't like (I've only played it once) but it's 31 songs so that's not too bad.

Thanks PC. I already know a few of the songs from different compilations and Where Do I Go From Here? is one of my favourite Carps songs. Of the songs that are new to me I already like the sound of You're The One.

It's interesting to hear a couple of Karen's solo tracks remixed by Richard.

"Where Do I Go From Here?" and "You're The One" are two great song indeed @Mel O'Drama, my favorite songs from the album are:

"Where Do I Go From Here?"
    "The Uninvited Guest"
    - (such a heartbreaking song)
"Kiss Me The Way You Did Last Night"
    "You're The One"
    "Honolulu City Lights"
    - (I Always love to hear this song in the summer time}
    "Slow Dance"

I also love this version of "Lovelines" on this album, but i like Karen's version on her solo album a little bit better.

So many great songs to discover. Your comments about The Uninvited Guest have intrigued me. I'm going to listen to it later!

I have Karen's solo versions of Lovelines and If I Had You which appeared on another Carps compilation, but I'm not sure yet which versions I prefer. I think I'll end up liking them all for different reasons.

The 7" single version is very different from the LP version.

I think the New Seekers were better than they were given credit for - they may have done better with a different name - but I had no idea they put out so much product.

I feel reeeeeeeeeeeally excited about all the amazing songs you've just added to your collection and hope you'll share your views on the albums when you've had the chance to listen.

It's been quite neglected recently, but you may like to explore the Martina McBride thread sometime. ;)

    Yes they are. ;)

Can't wait to put this cd in my cd-player, it's my favorite Martina McBride's album so far. :)

I just got a mail that the cd-box 3 original album classics from Martina McBride is probably also going to delivered today, I'm curious if it is delivered too. ;)

I hope we will have the same opinion about each song and album. :)

What a nice surprise. I love when that happens.

I'm sure there will be lots, and probably also a number that we have different opinions about. And that's good too, because it might give me a new enjoyment of songs that aren't my favourites. ;)

James Morrison is an oddly common name among celebrities. It's also the name of a popular Australian musician (trumpet) and an American actor (Space: Above and Beyond).
