What do you do when you have that feeling of being so bored/down/depressed that nothing, not even what you usually like doing, seems fun? I have that feeling right now. Happens every now and then, not very often though. Maybe it's hormones or whatever, doesn't really matter. Normally I go to sleep or take a nap, which usually works. But I'm not even remotely tired, so that won't work yet. Music, telly, a movie, reading, crosswords --- all seems boring right now. I would really like a quick fix to this issue. I hate this feeling.
