The ABC Mini Series aired in 1991. Any word on a possible DVD release? It would thoroughly compliment the 9 season DVD Collection.

I would yes just to complete the collection.

Even if it is rubbish I do love the Blake and Krystle scenes particularly their reunion on the beach.

I wish Pam and Bobby had gotten a moment like that after 87.

I think I would buy it, since it does sort of tie up some loose ends, like Blake and Krystle reuniting, Adam and Kirby getting engaged, Steven's return, Fallon being more like her old early 1980s self.

It was bad, in fact it was terrible, but its the closest thing us Dynastians have to a tenth season, (1x4 episodes) will ever have, plus I hate to end Dynasty on a literal cliffhanger, even if the reunion did leave more questions than answer's

Of course I'd get it. It would be silly not to complete the collection.

My collection is 100% complete without it. And for the same reason I wouldn't buy those ghastly Dallas reunion movies.

I love it and would definitely buy it. However I think it's clear that the reason it hasn't been released by CBS Paramount isn't because they don't think it's good enough or that there's a market for it - it must be because they don't have the rights. Somebody needs to sort that out because despite being technically a miniseries with a different title, and so a different product, it is blatantly a continuation and conclusion to the original series, and whatever its faults, a better one than many primetime soaps get. It is ludicrous to sell a "complete" Dynasty box set that doesn't include it.

    Err???
Not to spoil things for JROG, who still hasn't watched D.S9 apparently..... IMO, there are enough things in The Reunion to not make sense in terms of it actually being a continuation of the series, D.S9 especially -- eg, there's talk of a fall, but it wasn't at the right place; etc; etc; etc -- just a semblance of it.
So, to me, doesn't qualify as the conclusion to the original series either. Again, just my opinion.

Entirely right. I believe it's Time Warner owns the right to it.

To me, The Reunion is part of the Dynasty saga, so - bad or not - I’d definitely buy it to complete the collection.
