Sometimes on Dallas there were certain scenes that were so well written and acted and scenes with charcters that would not usually interact.
One in particular that always stands out in my mind is a scene between Donna and Sue Ellen during the 84-85 season.
Donna goes down to the kitchen to get a glass of milk and cookies to find Sue Ellen sitting alone in the dark in the lounge.
This scene was so well written regarding these two women, at first not a lot was said and it was mostly awkward small talk about fish being an awful night time snack.
It showed the quality of how they knew how each character would interact, Sue Ellen was more shy and retireing, almost intimidated at first by the confident Donna and engaged in small talk. But then the two women now had something in common, both married to Jocks son and both marriages in turmoil.
"this wasn`t supposed to happen to me" Donna stated.
"I know" Sue Ellen replied quietly and seriously as she bit into a cookie.

I`m sure there are many more rare character interaction scenes but this is one of my favourites.

Pam I believe I have seen this scene as well, it grabbed a few of my heart strings as well. We were having a discussion in the chat about this, I guess TNN did cut it which would not surprise me, but angers me because it was such a special scene. They've been known to do this, its pathetic. That was a very memorable scene because Donna and Sue Ellen never shared things like they did in that scene, let alone shared many scenes together.

Some of my favorite scenes involved Jock.
Like the scene where Bobby shows up at Cateleman's and fights with him over Ewing OIl cash. Or when Jock and Bobby confront J.R. about the Asian oil wells.
My fav. has to be when Bobby revels that J.R. has mortgaged Southfork.
    Pure Drama
