I never would have thought I'd say this (before the series started and everybody seemed to think Josh can't act and the casting is only based on looks) but YES, John Ross is my favorite character too! And although Josh is a lot younger than me I think I have a crush on him.

Josh henderson does really well in his scsnes and most so with legendary Larry!

I started it and had complications. My iPad and ths site do not play well together. The posting locked up after I typed the choices. It does this to me all the time. It also won't let me see what I am typing and then when I have to scroll down to see it locks and psts. My posts often look like I cannot spell and have poor grammar and incomplete thought process. It stinks,

Poor guy? He is suppose to be friends with John Ross and when John Ross wants at the oil on Southfork to start his own company (just like Chris gets to do with his daddy's money from the sale of Southfork) he turns his back on him. He could have argued with his dad as a geologist and said we could slant drill. He didn't even say to his dad, hear John Ross out. Then when Elena is mad at John Ross instead of letting them work it out or end it properly - he steps in and takes her to a hotel - after weeks of watching him with her and realizing how much he loved her. Poor guy - just made JR look good to me. At least of all the sleazy things JR did he didn't sleep with Pam or Val - and I don't believe he would have if he could have but didn't and Chris did.

Gotta go with Team John Ross. I never expected to like him after the first episode when he spoke badly about beloved Miss Ellie, but now that I know a little more about him, I've forgiven him, sort of, as long as he doesn't do it again.

BF, yes, Josh does really well especially in his scenes with Larry. I wonder if while JR is teaching John Ross the oil business, Larry is teaching Josh tricks of the acting trade. Their relationship has been the highlight of this first season, and I predict they'll be the ones to watch next season too.

I think that JR would have slept with Pam or Val in a heartbeat had he had the opportunity. He would have relished it. There's that mix of hatred, power, dominance, and lust, all aphrodisiacs to JR.

Team John Ross. Christopher is a dork which is sad because I was always team Bobby in the original series, but Christopher isn't anything like his daddy used to be. I want John Ross to whip his cousins butt so Bobby can teach Chris a few things and toughen him up.
