    Default Deleted scenes

So we know there have been several deleted scenes. Clearly theBBQ had too many deleted scenes and ended up killing the grandiosity of the BBQ.

Sue Ellen has had at least 4 scenes cut. Ken had one of those and another which he wouldn't describe. Brenda Strong said in a interview that a scene where Ann and JR make up was cut from this current episode (9). I wonder how much more was cut? Hopefully, the will be included in a DVD.

I want to see them all!

There are nearly 15 minutes worth of commercials in every episode. I don't remember how long the original series episodes were, but there does seem to be a lot of commercials in this one.

I do hope there will be deleted scenes and various other extras, such as audio commentary and interviews and feature shows. I can't wait until these DVDs come out.
Yes, JR. The answer is yes. You were the love of my life!

Each episode goes for around 41:30 to 42:00 minutes including credits so there's almost 20 minutes worth of commercials per episode!

We get about 17 min and 48 sec of commercials according to the time on the episodes I bought. The 42:12 includes the last seen intro, credits and opening sequence.

The old series. 49 min in season 3 and 47 in season 13

I checked 'The Good Wife and it is 43:30 long on average. So in general and especially on cable...more commercials now! But they do pay for the show. Thank god for DVD extras

TNT should put this stuff up on the web after the episodes get their initial run...along with an outtake reel. Less Round-Up, more Dallas!

Seems like most DVD's these days have "deleted scenes", lets hope Dallas on DVD includes them.

Blu - ray also would be nice.

Brenda Strong has said in a recent interview that deleted and extended scenes would appear on the upcoming DVD/BluRay release. Good news.

I really hope that when the DVDs are released we see full unedited shows with the Dallas Roundup as the extra features.
