For decades the lefties in Old Media, the entertainment industry and education have relentlessly pushed the narrative that we on the right are the ones who are intolerant and that we want to censor the views of others. However, when you look at who actually spends a lot of time trying to silence dissenting opinions through intimidation, it is obvious which side is intolerant and favors censorship.

Voice an opinion they don't agree with, or donate money to an organization they disapprove of, and watch how fast they move to destroy you. And all the while they are shutting down debate and ruining people's lives, they slap themselves on the back and talk about how open-minded they are. These people are delusional hypocrites.

For the record, if people were allowed to vote on civil rights issues, then blacks still wouldn't be able to vote in the South. Or do much else, for that matter. And humans can't marry animals for the obvious reason that animals can't give their consent to be married. (Among other reasons.)

The whole idea of a Supreme Court deciding these types of issues is that these justices are subscribing to a higher moral code. (That's the idea, anyway.) It's not about the will of the people -- that's for politicians to worry about at election time. Let's face it: a good chunk of the population are complete idiots. Which is why they shouldn't be voting on civil rights.

The problem with this and every other gay argument is it in no way compares to blacks in the south.. Gays are not segregated,.. Gays are allowed to vote, ride in the front of the bus...And get married to qualified spouses.. I don't think black people care for the comparison but that is me... I mean christians were thrown to the lions I don't hear them bitching about it or laying guilt..

Anyway the civil rights code was about the people... ANd gave blacks equal treatment.. Just like gays have.... Blacks were treated horribly and were bullied..... And the people did the right thing.... In this case the "Outspoiken " gays are the bullies!!! And they are not getting sympathy.. SO as far as I am concerned.. "F them"!!!
