(Same mother different father if I'm reading and understanding correctly) so yes, Christopher would've still married his somewhat of a cousin. Pretty sure that's not legal in Texas.

#1 I sense quite a few rewrites were done. Much of the storylines seem disjointed, and we hear of scenes shot that never made it into the final cut.

#2 The writers have truly done a poor job with Ann, Rebecca and Sue Ellen. And it just gets worse and worse.

#3 They would do much better if they shared the story with Ann and with Rebecca. Dallas was never written with all these mysterious angles.

#4 They could easily get rid of both the Ann and Rebecca characters. Getting rid of them, would be an improvement.

Ann's reaction to receiving the necklace looked more like intense remorse for having slept with her ex to help Bobby than grief for a lost child to me.

No! Pam and Bobby are not Christopher's birth parents. He is not a Ewing or Barnes by birth. He shares no blood with Cliff, Pam, Bobby and JR. His mother was Kristen who is the sister of Sue Ellen.

So far, I'm only seeing two original ideas added to the show- Sue Ellen running for governor, and Cliff Barnes as a high-stakes gambler, and both have gone over like a lead balloon. Everything else is a variation of a plot that has already been done on the show.

Maybe Rebecca is her child with Cliff! Maybe she changed her name and she is the girl (same character) Brenda played on original Dallas.

I'm leaning more to Rebecca being Ann/Harris' kid. In their lunch meeting a couple episodes back, Ann mentioned to her that she had past regrets she wished she could change. The locket had a pic in it, perhaps of her daughter?

But don't you think that Harris would have made some kind of cruel reference to that child when Ann was in his office if that was the case? Given her panicked "What have I done?" look and flailing hand, I still think the necklace was his sick way of reminding her what he'd forced her to do to get his help.

Hmm.... I was also thinking the lockets involved some tragedy with a child. obviously, with this much emotion iit must've have been Ann's child. My question though… Why would Mitch be so cruel? … The plot thickens.....

I don't think it was cruelty. I think he is a control freak, that is why he wanted her to hug him. I think they had a child and something tragic happened, she disappeared Mentally because it was too much to take, and then divorced Harris. He has been trying to re-connect ever since. The necklace was a way to "tap" into the former Ann. It's like on the Notebook when the old guy kept reading to the old lady to bring her back.

I thought that it was very Desperate Housewives when I watched it, too. My guess is that she and her ex had a child who was abducted years earlier. Maybe Rebecca is her kid.

I think Rebecca belongs to Cliff and Atfon they had a child named Pamela Rebecca named after Pam and Cliff's mother.
