I was watching one of those archive interviews on Youtube with Aaron Spelling and in it he talked about how all of his shows usually had a girl named Julie in them. From his first script which featured a Julie. He says that all his shows then seemed to have a Julie character. Though I really don't remember one on DYNASTY at all? And thats probably his biggest show.

Was there a Julie? Have I over looked some minor character?
