I'm wondering if this doesn't belong in both forums, or only in the other forum. I'm hearing rumblings, SMALL but still rumblings, and I believe it to be true as well that the cliffhanger for the end of the 1st season of New Dallas will have Pam coming back. My question is this: If something were to happen to Bobby does she have any claim to ownership of Southfork that I may not be aware of yet? As I've mentioned before I've only gotten through season 2 of the old show so far.

Good question. It depends on the explanation of her return. If it was indeed Pamela that sent Bobby divorce papers after her accident, then no. If some nefarious plot took the mummy away and was responsible for all that happened with her since, then maybe? I don't know what the courts would decide. Bobby's two marriages after Pamela could be declared null and void, depending on what REALLY happened to Pamela. When she left, she was wrapped head to toe in bandages. In one episode, she was barely able to scribble a note that looked to be written by a six year old. In the next, she allegedly wrote a lengthy, detailed handwritten letter explaining her vanishing (that we never saw her write). I could never swallow it. Katherine popped up just before that and she was quite famous for forging letters from her sister.

I'm not saying any of this would ever be explored, but to answer your question, it all depends on how they explain Pamela back into the story. It also would probably only matter if Bobby didn't have a will. He's proved himself to be such a dolt that that wouldn't surprise me at all.

I'd say no because there was a divorce, and Southfork wasn't signed over to Bobby until the end of the series.
