    Season 6 and Season 5 respectively. Add a year on each, DVD-wise.

    Thanks! That explains why I'm halfway through dvd series 6 and haven't seen either yet. I could have sworn they were in earlier seasons. Oh well, at least I'm not going mad

    And lo, I was in fact one episode away from JR's gas - one more evening and I needn't have even made this thread! Ho hum. I just got a bit thrown by the Caribbean plot (I remember how that turns out) but forgot the gas stations are a red herring.
