This is very good news, once the Live+7 comes out for last Wedsnesday's episode, the ratings may be up to around 5.5 million or more. So if we have a big dip this week, because of the 4th of July, the +3, and +7 ratings will be a boost, and ratings should recover for next week.

Exactly. Notice how it keeps going up with the +3 then +7. The numbers are definitely there....even among the 18-49 demo.

Maybe tomorrow's episode will have between 5-6 million, when +3 and +7 are factored in.

Good ratings, they must all be very happy. I always thought this show would be more of a "tape it" show than one watched exactly when it came on.

maybe they shoulda skipped an original airing for the 4th and gone with a 4 hour marathon of episodes 1-4 or something instead.

Bogus, in my local tv listings, it showed a 4 hour marathon, but didn't mention a new episode, and there's another thread on here about a 5 hour marathon, which must include tonight's new episode, so we'll have to see exactly what they do, I hope there hasn't been
a screw up in the listings,

ATT U-Verse has the marathon listed, then a new episode listed at 8pm central.

Haven't watched the marathon all the way through today, but have had it on quite a bit.

Ready for the new show at 8 !!

Not nearly enough credit is given to the Dallas theme song at the beginning of the show.....greatest television song in history! The very distinct introduction has clearly set the tone for all the sensational drama over the years. Jerrold Immel, the composure is an absolute genius and all Dallas fans should salute him. He also wrote the 2nd best one too......The Hawaii 500 song.

Jerrold Immel didn't write the HAWAII FIVE-0 theme (although he wrote some scores for the show); Morton Stevens wrote the FIVE-0 theme.

I stand corrected, you're right, he contributed to Hawaii Five-0. Immel was also involved with Gunsmoke and many other theme songs.

The Dallas song is unbelievable, don't think the show would ever be the same without it and I'm so happy the New Dallas kept it.
