Some peoples' unhealthiness gets really detailed. Like having a bunch of babies just to have something to abuse.
Perhaps he was aborted as a fetus and refuses to stop the cycle.

I think I may start eating large amounts of Mexican food every chance I can. Every night I will save up all the $#!+ from my months-long case of Montezuma's revenge. I will put it all in see-through jars on shelves, until an entire room is full of large jars of $#!+. Then I will find the author of that original bit and make her sit in my "feces room".
