A humoungous, massive thank you to you all for this wonderful Birthday surprise.

Even though my birthday was yesterday, I'm following Ome's advice from a few weeks ago and celebrating the occasion through all of this week

In addition to those who have posted on this thread, thanks also for the many messages received privately and also on Facebook.

Special thanks though go to Ome for starting the thread and producing that wonderful video. I've never had a video tribute made especially for me so this one I'm going to keep in a special vault just for me Amazingly, you've incorporated many of my favourite TV shows within the video itself. I know you're aware of my love for Knots Landing & Waterloo Road however Doctor Who, The Royle Family and EastEnders are amongst my top ten all time TV shows. How did you know this? And how did you get hold of that photo of me? I was an acne suffering 17 year old when that was taken

Those clips of my various ramblings on the forum also made me realise I share too much information with you guys. I can't believe I've rambled on with all those mushy lines and paragraphs about Laura. Apologies for sending you all to sleep with my ramblings

Anyway I've had a terrific weekend. It started up in Fife on Friday night where I performed at a wedding. Laura joined me and we had an overnight/daytrip to the coast yesterday followed by a Barbeque at Laura's parents house last night and then another run in the car today. In all the 30 odd birthdays I've had yet, I can never remember having weather like this on my birthday before. It's been absolutely glorious to say the least - and I got some nice pressies as well

But this is definitely the nicest part of all - seeing all these lovely messages from you guys. You really are a special group of people and I love you all lots.



Ome for some reason, I can't "thank" you on the forum so please accept an extra big manly hug which is being sent down the M1 from my house to yours.
