I lovvvvvveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! Joan Van Ark. I would like to know what she thinks about Warner Bros stupid decission of not releasing anymore seasons of Knots Landing? And has she been approached about returning to Dallas? And would she if she was asked? Sorry thats 3 questions.... Just say it really fast.

We'd love to see the KL DVDs kicked back into production, now that Joan will be making an appearance on the new Dallas. KL deserves a full, quality DVD release.

Hi Barbara Fan! I'm hoping to conduct the interview in about two weeks time so ideally, we'd like all questions in by Sunday 13th May to be on the safe side.

Although the site has spoken with Joan a few times before, I'm really keen to make this interview as different from the others as possible so while Knots will command the biggest airtime, the unique timing of this chat and Joan's association with Dallas means you can all expect a lot of Southfork talk as well. I'm going to be pointing her in the direction of some of your threads from this forum for pre-chat reading material. As well as this, she also revealed she's having lunch with Linda Gray this week and has promised she'll "dish the dirt" on the new Dallas (her words knot mine)

My question: Joan, I LOVED your guest starring gig on Pretty, which garnered you an Indie Soap Award for Outstanding Guest Appearance. It's recently been announced that Michele Lee and Charlene Tilton are also starring on different web series. Would you consider a larger role on a show for the web?

Loved Joan's scenes with Larry Hagman in the original Dallas. Happy to hear she'll be making an appearance in the new Dallas this summer. But it begs the question, will Gary be joining her as well?

Also, for the interview questions, it would be interesting to hear if she or Ted had any thoughts as to the "dream season" on Dallas and how it wiped-out some of the best crossover ties to KL. Wondering what she thought about all that, or if it was even an issue for them over at KL. It was sad that it made it impossible for more crossover episodes with KL after that, from a fan perspective.

These are my questions (thank you in advance to the UD friends and to Ms. Van Ark!):

- What do you think that Val would be like in 2012 and will you have an input in the way she will be featured (hopefully the ponytails will be avoided!)?
- Do you think that Val´s relationship with Lucy should be an important plot in the new series, at least in one episode, ahem?
- Would you like to interact with Linda Gray and Patrick Duffy again, and what way exactly (I assume that Larry is a favorite of yours)?

That's exciting, I don't have a question but will love to read the interview. I am watching the early seasons again and the Ewings really trash her character Val in front of each other, calling her a whore and trash- it appears Jock and JR actually thought of her that way.
