If Dynasty had ended with Krystle...
If Dynasty had ended with a proper, definite conclusion (there would be no reunion movie) and if Krystle was still around until the very end...how would you like to end her story?
Married to Blake happily ever after?
Exiled by Blake (and leave Krystina behind) because she had started an affair with Daniel Reece?
Krystina dies and she just can't put up with the crazy Carringtons and Colbys anymore, so she moves back to Ohio?
(maybe with a little narration? "and so here my Colorado adventure ends...*sniff*")
Blake dies and she and Alexis finally make peace?
Killed by Sable? In the library? With a knife?
She dies peacefully (due to illness) in Blake's arms? (oh my god, I almost cry)
Blake dies and she's left with nothing so she starts working for another oil company (not Colbyco) - as in "right back where she started from"?
Or something?

I love the idea of having Krystle, fresh from Switzerland and without warning, walk in on Alexis having just accidentally killed Roger's son, Dennis Grimes, who was still on the loose and breaking into the near-empty mansion. And after being convinced that calling the police would bring all the family down and send Blake to prison and take Krystina away from her forever, a reluctant Krystle and Alexis together cart Dennis' body off in the middle of the night and dump it into the same lake that Roger floated out of nearly two years ago.

Awesome. Roald Dahl-ish.

That for me is an amazing send off for the show. It's sooo soapy and melodramatic but in a very good way. It's a little bit old Hollywood sort of Madame X with the mother doing what is right for her young child even if its very wrong for her. I'd have Sable involved too just for extra diva campness. Three women all suspicious of eachother forced to help eachother bury a body to protect one man and his family.
I would have it that Krystle was suspicious of Sable after learning that she had become very close to Blake. And Krystle would be in a fragile mental state after awaking from her coma.

But with Krystle back in the picture, Sable wouldn't have as much too lose. If anything.
In fact, if she'd knew about this (lurking from behind the bushes, how creepy) she could use it to get rid of both Mrs Carringtons once and for all. And then become Mrs Carrington III.
Anyway, I think such an ending would deserve a more appropriate closing theme, rather than Dynasty's .

But Sable wouldn't betray Krystle really. She wouldn't try to come between them. Not now that Krystle was back. It would just be Krystle's paranoia. Maybe Alexis lured Sable to the empty mansion in an attempt to get rid of her through black mail or a pay off. And Sable gets there just after Krystle unexpectedly returns.

I think she'd finally have enough of all the nutcases in Blake's family, pack up the kid and go. She'd be free of her manipulative husband, his schizo children, even crazier ex-wife, the big business dealings, etc.
It'd just be her and Krystina, going up to a place like Canada, and starting over.
But not without selling off all of her jewelry, furs etc. in order to survive. That way, she does'nt have to depend upon Blake for financial support.

Ending with her on a train at night speeding on towards here peaceful new life, holding sleeping Krystina in her arms. Maybe with narration. For extra camp (cos' I do like a little) I'd have Krystle no longer with that blonde hairstyle she was famous for. She coloured it brown and ditches the shoulders as she flees the madness.

Let's say she wouldn't hurt Krystle just for the fun of it, like Alexis did.
But to actually trust her...that would not be a very good idea.
She's smart and patient, like a spider.

If they hadn't brought back Matthew in S7...maybe she could end up with him.
They used to be such a romantic yet tormented couple.
Krystle hears a sharp, unpleasant voice, after dozing off in her office.
Miss! Can you hear me? I asked you something. Where IS my husband? I've been trying to reach him all day.
Surely his secretary can tell me something about his whereabouts? And by the way you're not getting paid to sleep during working hours. I'm afraid I'll have to update Mr Carrington about your attitude here at Denver-Carrington!

I'd have Sable and maybe Caress staying at the mansion in preparation for the auction and its sale -- and even Alexis, briefly, for fear Dennis Grimes is after her (which he is). The mansion can then catch on fire when Caress and Sable are confronted by a wheelchair bound Eva Braun, Hitler's mistress (whom only Caress recognizes), who confesses she was behind the long search for the Collection before shooting both women to death. Sconces are overturned in the melee.
Kind of like that creepy scene in "Long Live Walter Jameson" on TWILIGHT ZONE when Kevin McCarthy is confronted by Estelle Winwood in the corner of his dark study. Plus, y'know, a fire and stuff.

It's the finer details like this that makes it all so believable.

Or just have Krystle wake up from her coma in Switzerland, a doctor sat at her bedside trying to awaken her, "Miss Grant, Miss Grant can you hear me? It's ok. Everything is fine. You are alright. Your operation was a success." Camera pans up and we see the doctor is John Forsythe. "Nurse bring me some water" Camera moves to the nurse whos back is to us getting the water, it's a rather unglamorous Joan Collins who nervously fumbles trying to give Krystle a drink.
And so on, and so on. We have Jack colman as the hospital porter who makes eyes at a male nurse who looks very like a certain Luke Fuller, Emma Samms as a shrink whos reflection in a near by mirror is that of Pamela Sue Martin's, Diahann Carroll as a scruffy cleaning lady, Heather Locklear as a derranged patient, Gordan Thomson as a sickeningly nice new father with his wife Amanda, (well there would need to be incest).
Micheal Nadir as a nervous mousey doctor who falls for Joan Collins as a fumbling nurse, And Stephanie Beacham as John Forsythes personal secretary who flirts outragously with him.
We find out that Miss Grant is named, Rita Grant and that her husband and daughter are so pleased that she is awake and will be along shortly to see her. Her husband is Bo hopkins' Mathew, and their daughter is Krystina who is older.
They meet and Mathew explaines that she fell 5 years ago and that she has been in a coma ever since. She is very confused and tells him about her "dream" he assures her it was a dream and takes her home to Ohio. As they are leaving the hospital they pass a huge billboard, which has a familiar face on it... it reads, Claudia Blaisdel for President.
I'm tired now. I need to lay down.

Actually, I kind of like that.

I pushed it too far with the Claudia for president thing though.

Alexis as nurse? A phantom in white?

And btw, that wasn't Alexis talking to Krystle. It was Blake's second wife: Ashley Mitchell Carrington.
(Alexis had died of syphilis somewhere in the back streets of Napels - sad isn't it?)

I always wondered why she didn't come down with something with all of the traffic in her bed.

Like a baby? They could turn it into a whodunnit (whodunher) - which one of you 44 bastards is the father of my child?

Unless God did it... I doubt any man could. I think Alexis was way past the baby making stage by about season 2 or 3. Krystal was pushing it with Krystina.

Maybe she did. On her face...
I'm sorry, that was beneath me.
