She graced far more magazine covers than all her co stars put together and by 1983/4 there was far more print about her and her life than there was about Larry the main star of Dallas

She certainly was one of the hottest- Suzanne Somers was still incredibly popular around that time- and Linda Evans became quite the star with Dynasty. She was probably the most beautiful star in television for several years- although she never had the impact of a Farrah Fawcett, who was just HUGE right before Dallas got popular. I think Jaclyn Smith won most of those type of polls around that time even when Victoria was in the mix.
