Ages ago I read an idea for this which I liked as part of a script but they ditched it. If I recall correctly Bobby had hooked up with this hispanic woman who moved into town and lived on her mothers ranch with her daughter. It turned out the daughter was Pam's and this woman was her carer. Before Pamela passed away she made the woman promise to visit Bobby with the girl and give him a letter but instead she kept her but was wracked with guilt.

Honestly, I've always thought Rebecca Herbst looks kind of like Victoria. She's not in the age range of 18-20's, she's in her 30's now.
