If she has more in common with Donna and Miss Ellie, how come Brenda didn't say she hopes "the audience receives it with the same kind of loyalty and love that they received" Donna and Ray or Jock and Miss Ellie? The only thing they have in common is everything I posted in post #18....which is a lot. You're delusional if you think the name Ann and nickname Annie weren't chosen by design to sound like Pam and Pammy....that and the outsider, the glue, tender hearted, etc....etc....etc...
