Insurance companies are useless.

I am ankle deep in water as my Washing Machine has broken down.

My Insurance company -Domestic and General, were only interested in selling me more insurance on my electrical goods, and passed me onto 2 more
repair companies, before 1 kindly agreed to come out.........in 5 days time.


I am furious.
They were pushy, smarmy and un helpful.

One staff member only tried to stop selling me further insurance, when I told him to stick his extra cover, up his a**e.

I really am annoyed now.

I hope I never have to deal with homeowners insurance even though I have it. They're second only to health insurance when it comes to not wanting to pay claims. You pay for a service, they take your money and then don't pay out when something happens. It's disgusting.
