Extended scene from a funny Aldi advert first shown a few months ago. Bold items are what happened in the actual advert.
Two male ramblers are having a picnic near a field in the mountains.
One man with a long beard and a Yorkshire accent is eating then says "We like this one, we also like this one" about two brands of butter. Lurpak and another one???
A cow then moos in a nearby field.
The man's friend (Man 2) sat nearby says "How is your wife"?
The first man says "Fine thanks very much".
Man 2 "Oh good".
Man 1 "What made you ask me that then?"
Man 2 "Err, dont know".
Man 1 "Was it that cow mooing in the field implying my wife is one?"
Man 2 "Well she can be one at times esp with us men".
Man 1 "Thanks a bunch and I thought you were my friend".
My avatar is an autograph of Coronation Street's Philip Lowrie (Dennis Tanner, an original character) which he personalised for me.

Another extended scene from 'Smallville' Series Finale Season 10 Episode 22.
Clark has just met Lex again after 3 years in the destroyed Luthor Mansion, since the collapse of the Fortress Of Solitude. Apokolips is headed to Earth, a prophecy doomsday scenario involving Darkseid.
CLARK: You know about Darkseid?
LEX: You really think I just read the cliff notes of the Veritas Journals? They fortold of chosen savior, a light that would inspire this world out of darkness....your the light Clark, only you have the power within you.
CLARK: I don't think Clark Kent can save the world on his own.
LEX: You can't...but we both know who can.
Clark steps away.
CLARK: I'm sorry I couldn't save you Lex.
Clark speeds away, leaving Lex behind. Lex smiles.
Clark hurries back to the Kent Farm, where Emil is waiting for him. Clark approaches him.
CLARK: Emil, what is it? Is Tess alright?
EMIL: I have a confession to make Clark.
CLARK: It can wait, as you can see I have Billions of lives to save.
Clark walks into the barn with Emil standing to the entrance of the barn.
EMIL: I cured Lana.
Clark stops and turns to Emil in confusion.
CLARK: You what?
EMIL: After she left you and Smallville, how else would Chloe find her interest in my work?
CLARK: You mean Lana isn't consumed with Krytonite no more?
EMIL: Although she still possess the same super strength you possess.
CLARK: So you decide to tell me this of all days. You and Chloe kept this secret away from me all this time.
EMIL: It's my job to keep confidentiality confidential, it was Lanas decision and I agreed to her wishes and being Lana's friend, Chloe acted responsibly and sensibly.
CLARK: I can't believe you're telling me all this at a crucial time.
EMIL: That's the thing Clark, Lana went away for you to move forward toward your destiny, to the hero you are to become and the life you will spend with Lois. Lana has already embraced your own. If you grasp your's with both hands....your son will get his chance.
CLARK: My son.
EMIL: Johnathan Clark Kent Junior.
CLARK: Where is he?
EMIL: As far as I know, he will be safe in the future with his mother, Lana. And when the time is right Clark, you will meet him.
Emil hands Clark a photograph of little Johnathan after he was born. Clark smiles at the fact he's got a son.
EMIL: Both your fathers would be proud. He'll be three years old now
CLARK: He's just like me. Lana must have been given her own Legion Ring.
EMIL: It doesn't change how you feel about Lois, does it?
CLARK: Emil, Lana will always be a big part in my life, just as Chloe, Oliver, Pete, Kara, John Jones, Tess, you, and my Mom and Dad will aways be......If things had worked out differently Lex would have had too. These people have been the reasons my destiny has got closer and closer, but Lois has played the biggest part. She is the love of my life and I don't know where I'd be now if she wasn't by my side. Lois is my future and I know one day, so will my son.
EMIL: It will all end well if you stop that huge planet hurtling towards us and become the hero you were destined to be.
CLARK: Not if Lex has anything to do with it.
EMIL: Lex? You mean as in Luthor?
Clark stares at Emil hinting that Lex is alive
EMIL: I thought he died in that truck explosion two years ago.
CLARK: It doesn't matter what happens Emil, he will always be in my way.
EMIL: That may happen, but there is only one winner. Now go save the day, we want a future Super Boy to be proud of this current Superman don't we? I'm going to go find Tess, make sure she's alright.
Emil walks outside and turns back.
Emil: Good luck Clark.

EXTENDED SCENES FROM 'GROUNDHOG DAY'
These are the different scenarios after 'Groundhog Day' when the clock goes past 6am in the different timelines and how friends and family react to Phil Conners demise, as he keeps reliving the same day over and over again, in which the people of these timelines belive Phil is dead.
TIMELINE 1. (original timeline)
Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, U.S.A, 9am, Rita and Larry head into the bed and breakfast where Phil has been staying, as they were supposed to be setting off for home. The blizzard has eased and to avoid any more problems they want to set off early.
LARRY: He's probably over slept.
RITA: I'm gonna ask the lady of the house, if she can give Phil his wake up call.
Rita see's owner and asks her to check in on Phil. She agrees and she leads them on up and knocks on his door. There is no answer and the three of them head into the bedroom. They spot Phil in bed in his blue pyjamas. Larry laughs silently.
LARRY: Aww he looks so peaceful.
RITA: Peace time is over, let's get up and lets go.
Larry heads over and shakes him a little.
LARRY: Hey, Phil time to go.
No response.
LARRY: Phil, wakey wakey.
Rita pushes Larry aside and stares at his face. He looks really pale. Rita is worried and suspicious.
RITA: Phil?
LARRY: Phil?
OWNER: Mr Conners
RITA: Cmon, Phil stop jerking around let's go.
The owner of the hotel checks his pulse on his wrist, she feels nothing.
OWNER: I can't feel anything.
Rita leans forward and listens out for any signs of breathing and checks on his pulse on his neck. Nothing. There worst fears are confirmed. Phil Conners is dead......dead in this lifetime, but reliving 'Groundhog Day again in another.
RITA: Oh my God, Phil's dead.
LARRY: Holy shit.
An autopsy reveal, Phil died of natural causes.
RITA: Natural causes?
LARRY: I never understood the meaning of natural causes.
DOCTOR: I guess it was just his time.
RITA: But, he was ok yesterday, being sarcastic and miserable maybe, but he was healthy.
LARRY: Maybe, he suffered pneumonia, he could have suffered from the cold and blizzard yesterday, caused he got out of the van with just a shirt on to speak to highway patrol.
DOCTOR: Just a shirt?
LARRY: No coat, I mean.
DOCTOR: No, no signs of Pneumonia, just unexplainable.
RITA: Thank you Doctor, we appreciate all you've done.
DOCTOR: I am dreadfully sorry.
The doctor leaves them in the hospital hall.
LARRY: You know what this means?
RITA: What?
LARRY: The Grim Reaper got to him.
RITA: Now you are starting to freak me out. Poor Phil.
LARRY: Yeah, poor Phil. But as they say, 'Shit happens.'
TIMELINE 2 similar to original Timeline.
RITA: What if I slapped him across the face too hard and caused a blood clot?
LARRY: He did ask you too. Anyway you can't get a clot from slapping someone across the face.
TIMELINE 3:
Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, Police Station, 7:30am, a police officer enters Phils Police Cell to wake him.
POLICE OFFICER: Alright, dip shit, on your feet.
No response.
POLICE OFFICER: That's an order.
Still no response.
POLICE OFFICER: Was I not clear enough, you're already in a lot of trouble for wreckless driving.
Again Phil doesn't wake up. The Police officer turns Phil over and checks for any breathing. Phil is dead.
Rita and Larry are informed after they went to check on him in the bed and breakfast. The police officers approach their van.
RITA: Oh my God, what happened?
POLICE OFFICER: Well, last night, he was driving under the influence of alcohol, while he had two other drunks in the car with him, so we took him in. This morning, I found him dead in his cell.
RITA: That's horrible.
LARRY: Was it suicide?
POLICE OFFICER: No, we found nothing on him, apparently we're looking at an unexplained death.
RITA: It's no way for a man to die.
POLICE OFFICER: No, but he could have got crushed by a train instead last night, would have made an easier job for the coroner.
Larry laughs. Rita is not impressed.
LARRY: Sorry. No, it is sad.
POLICE OFFICER: Do you know if he was any sort of medication, acting differently?
RITA: Yes in the cafe, he told me he was re-living Groundhog Day over and over and that it was the third time he had lived that day.
LARRY: Sounds like he was having a mental breakdown.
RITA: And it could have been the last straw, sounds like a heart attack.
LARRY: Or it could've been the Grim Reaper.
POLICE OFFICER: Just one of those things.
RITA: Yeah.........weird.

Walking Dead: You're not alone
Rating: PG
Set in Season 2 episode 7
Pairing: hints of daryl/carol
Daryl held her back. Her daughter was gone, now a walker. And he had never felt this helpless, not even when he discovered the walkers might have gotten his brother. His brother could fend for himself, but Carol was different. She was emotional, weak sometimes, not making the right decisions. But there was no way he would let her go near Sophia now, not like this. When Rick did what he had to do, Daryl felt so bad for Carol. How she would survive this, he had no idea, but he had to do something.
As it turned out, doing nothing was exactly what Carol needed. He held on to her, listened to her cries, kept her from falling apart. Why he cared so much about what happened to Carol, he didn't know, but at that moment he didn't care. This hurt him too, for he had invested more time in the search for Sophia than anyone. It wasn't like him to risk his life for someone else, someone he didn't know well, a child. But there was something about the search that provided him with comfort, hope almost. He was certain that he would have found Sophia. He would have staked his life on it. As it turned out, they found Sophia, just not the one they once knew and loved.
He knew what Carol needed. She needed her daughter. Sophia had probably saved Carol's life, and hadn't even realized it. He knew that Carol's husband beat her, but as long as she had Sophia she had a reason to go on. Kind of like him and his brother Merle. As long as he knew Merle might be alive, he could keep going. Merle wasn't much- he was mean and he hurt anyone that got close to him. But he was still Daryl's brother, and he couldn't give up on him. So when Carol gave up on Sophia that made him very angry, it had hit a nerve.
He held her. He let her cry, get it out of her system. Daryl wasn't one to cry- his daddy would have whipped him a good one if he were to cry about anything, but at that moment that's exactly what he felt like doing. It was strange-whenever Carol hurt, he hurt, and he didn't understand why.
“Come on,” he finally said after they had made sure Sophia was put down, put out of her misery.
“Sophia,” was all Carol could muster.
Daryl picked up Carol and carried her into the farmhouse. He laid her in her bed, and then he crawled in beside her. The worst thing would have been for her to be alone. So he laid beside her, holding her, listening to her cries. He gently touched her short hair, stroked her face, and then when Carol had cried herself to sleep, he kissed her forehead. He left before anyone realized what he had done, and he hated himself for leaving her, but she was asleep. At least when she was asleep she wasn't hurting.
The next day Carol approached Daryl. “I wanted to thank you,” she said softly.
“For what?” He knew exactly what she was talking about, but was curious as to what she would say.
“You saved my life out there.”
.”“I didn't do nothin',” he muttered.
“I wanted to join Sophia. You stopped me. Why did you stop me?”
“do you have to analyze everything?”
“What else do I have to do now?”
He felt so badly for her. She was lost and alone in the middle of a group, and there was nothing he could do to save her. “You just go on. That's what we all do.”
“How? How can I go on without her?”
“I don't have the answers. I'm not that smart.”
“You are smart, Daryl. You are a good person,” she smiled weakly.
“I ain't nothin'. You just gotta go on. You can't let let them win. If you quit now they win. That's not what Sophia would have wanted.”
“What do you know about Sophia?” Carol asked, curiously.
“I know she didn't deserve what happened to her.”
She knew he was a man of few words, so she didn't press it. So she nodded and walked away, knowing there wasn't much else for them to say.
He watched her. He always watched her, though he didn't know why. He was thankful that she didn't press him to get mushy, that wasn't his style. But he couldn't help her, and he hated himself for that. Maybe it came from his background, where he felt so helpless to help his mama, but there was something about Carol that piqued his interest. At first he was mad at her for being helpless, but the more that he got to know her the more he got to see that she wasn't as helpless as he'd originally thought. She couldn't be, not after watching Rick put down her walker daughter. If Shane hadn't beaten the hell out of Carol's husband Daryl would have done it himself. He hated the bastard for what he had done to Carol, and honestly, Daryl thought he got what he deserved.
Even when she didn't realize it, Daryl would be watching. A person could lose their minds during a situation like they were facing. At least she had had Sophia, but now she was alone. But Daryl vowed to himself that Carol would never be alone, not as long as he could help it. That much he was sure of, in this crazy world. For if Carol was never alone, that meant that he would never be alone, and for that, he felt a strange sense of relief.

EXTENDED SCENE FROM 'DALLAS,' SEASON 9, 'BLAST FROM THE PAST,' EPS 222.
Jack is talking on the phone to JR, while Jamie his sister has taken her luggage outside to the car. JR has just has Angelica Nero arrested at the Ewing Oil building and her claims of JR trying to save his and Jack's lives, are too late. JR immedialtly called Jack as soon as Mr Mcsween escorted Nero out of the office. Jack insists that he is alive and well, when suddenly an explosion is heard and in anguish drops the phone.
JACK: Oh my God, Jamie! Jamie!!
Jack rushes outside in panic for fear of his sisters life. JR is wondering why Jack has left the phone.
JR: Jack? Say Jack what the hell is going on there?
Jack rushes out and see's that his car has exploded and that Jamie has died in the flames. Two street walkers or neighbours restrain Jack from going near the flames, as he cries out for his sister. The man who rigged the bomb is stood across the road watching, realizing that he just murdered the wrong person. JR hurries out of his office and too the elevator, unbeknown to him a bomb is in his office. JR waits impatiently for the elevator.
JR: Cmon.
The Right hand elevator opens and JR steps in and proceeds on down. Then Sue Ellen steps out of the left hand elevator looking for JR.
SE: JR? JR?
Sue Ellen rushes into JR's office, when suddenly the office explodes leaving debris floating to the street below. Pam Ewings home, Pam Ewing awakes to the shower being turned on. Pam figures Mark is taking a shower and slowly gets out bed and proceeds to the bathroom. Pam opens the shower door and in horror, see's Mark slumped dead on the floor in the shower. Pam screams.
PAM: Mark, oh my God!!
Pam shakes Mark to try and wake him, but there is no response. Pam immediatly retreats to phone for an ambulance and finds that the line has been cut. Pam is even more horrified by this. Suddenly, Pam is caught of guard and knocked unconscious. Sometime later Pam awakes tied to a chair in her front room. She is dazed and see's a familar face from her past, her estranged half sister Katherine Wentworth. How can Katherine be alive after she died murdering Bobby?Pam is shocked by Katherine's presence, terrified for her life. Pam glances to her left and see's Christopher also tied up crying. Pam is helpless to protect her son, as a ghost returns for one final chance of vengeance on her. To her right is Jenna Wade also unconscious tied to a chair and Charlie Wade unconscious on a sofa.
PAM: Oh my God, it can't be.
KATHERINE: Surprised to see me?
PAM: You're not real, you're yyyy.........
KATHERINE: Dead, I know, nothing like the undead to spoil a good morning breakfast.
PAM: It's impossible, they confirmed you dead.
KATHERINE: True, but clearly I'm here.
PAM: Cmon Pam wake up, you're just dreaming.
KATHERINE: Stop kidding yourself sis, your nightmare has just about to begin.
PAM: I swear if you hurt Christopher.....
KATHERINE: You'll what? Kill me? If I can't be killed once, what makes you think that I'll keel over and die again?
PAM: You killed Mark, he never did anything to you.
KATHERINE: Oh, please, the man was dying anyway. Nothing like a good taste of Cyanide to prolong a painful death. Put out of his misery if you ask me.
PAM: Then why not me?
KATHERINE: No that would be too easy now, I want to make my revenge feel like revenge and I wanted you to know that.
PAM: And Bobby, you hated him that much, you murdered him, all because he could never love you.
KATHERINE: Correction, I wanted to kill you, but you let him sacrifice himself to save your life.
PAM: You can't be the real Katherine, you're not real.
Katherine walks over to Pam and touches her face, which makes Pam cringe.
KATHERINE: Is this real enough for you?
PAM: I wish it was wasn't.
KATHERINE: I wish it wasn't either, but you were so stubborn. (katherine pulls on Pam's hair.) You just had to win.
PAM: I loved Bobby.
KATHERINE: I loved him.
PAM: You were obsessed.
KATHERINE: Maybe, but both you and Jenna Wade used him and stopped me showing him that I appreciated him more than you two.
PAM: Listen to yourself, you're caught up in your own jealousy, you've lost track of reality.
KATHERINE: Thats what happens when you've been dead for a year.
Then Jenna regains consciousness with Katherine in her face. Jenna is startled and frightened by the presence of an evil woman who was declared dead.
KATHERINE: Well, well, the second whore who wanted to steal my man.
JENNA: It's impossible. You can't be real. You're dead.
KATHERINE: I think I've heard that before, but I would prefer undead if you don't mind.
Jenna turns to Charlie unconscious on the sofa.
JENNA: Oh my God Charlie.
KATHERINE: She'll be awake shortly.
JENNA: Please, if you're looking to get at me, leave Charlie out of this.
KATHERINE: You see Jenna, that's the problem, Charlie is everything to do with this.
JENNA: I don't understand.
KATHERINE: Why do you think I brought Naldo Marchettea back into your life?
JENNA: You were behind it all? You had him killed didn't you?
KATHERINE: I wouldn't have had to, if you had left Bobby, with your brat and went to Italy. He was going to tell all.
JENNA: If he had Bobby would still be alive.
Jenna starts to get suspicious to why Katherine got involved with Naldo.
JENNA: It was proved that Naldo was Charlie's father. I saw it.
KATHERINE: Sorry to say this Jenna, but the man I fell madly in love with, fathered Charlie. Naldo was my diversion, but he failed and I had to clean up after him and look where it got me, no where. Well, that's gonna change.
JENNA: Bobby was Charlies father after all.

a "deleted" scene from Abysinnia Henry- MASH. a bit of a tearjerker..
Some days Father Mulcahy hated his job. Tonight was a particularly difficult night, perhaps the worst one of his career as a priest. He'd spent 14 hours comforting the members of the 4077 over the death of Henry Blake. Father Mulcahy was getting accustomed to war and the sadness it brought, but tonight a wave of another kind of emotion had taken over the camp- hopelessness. Never before had he seen so many men and women alike cry, yell, shout out in frustration, or share their own fears of their demise. It seemed as if Henry had touched one too many lives at the 4077.
He didn't know if he had the strength to go on. Who could comfort the comforter? In his head he knew the answer- there was one Great Comforter- but tonight he had a few doubts in his mind. Henry was a wonderful, kind, gracious man, but he had his faults. To be honest, his morality around the camp left the Father with a few doubts of his own about his place in Heaven. And he hated himself for even thinking that.
If good heartedness was the key to heaven, then Henry would be joining the front of the pack. But he was a bit of a drinker, and worst of all, adultery was something seriously frowned upon in the Good Book. How could Henry not go to heaven? The thought troubled him to no end, and he stared at a bottle of scotch someone left behind, seriously wanting to partake in some non-communion communion.
The thought was tempting. How easy would it be for him to drown his sorrows, like most of the camp had? It was so tempting. After all, Father Mulcahy was only human. He couldn't be strong all of the time. But if he couldn't be the strength of the camp, the voice of humanity, who could?
Oh how his calling could be a curse and a blessing. He just wanted to forget, forget all of the sorrow he'd seen during the past day. Nothing made sense to him anymore. The loss of a good man- his soul in question, the failing morale of the camp...it was just a beast of a burden, almost too much for one man to take.
Oh he knew what he should do. He should turn his sorrows over to the Lord, but how could he, when the Lord had apparently let down the camp on this terrible day? The very idea that he could think that thought troubled him, but he had reached his breaking point. All he wanted to do was drown that last bottle of scotch, to drink to forget, to live to forget. But with people still in demand of his service, how could he let down the camp like that?
Finally, after pouring himself a drink and ready to participate in, one final knock on his tent occurred. Grateful for this newfound savior, he quickly put away the drink and called for the knocker to come in.
Not much by surprise, it was Hawkeye who was the persistent caller. Father Mulcahy had been expecting this, if only that he was a sounding board. He was well aware of Hawkeye's believes in the afterlife, but a person could only hold so much in. He understood the feeling well.
"Hawkeye...how can I help you?"
Hawkeye tried to hold it in, tried to be strong, but a little too much alcohol, a lot too many hours in surgery, and of course, the death of one of his best friends had apparently gotten to him too.
Hawkeye quickly observed the scotch and poured himself one. He grabbed the glass that Mulcahy hid and offered it to him.
"Come on. Who's going to think less of you right now?" Hawkeye encouraged. "I sure as hell won't, pardon my french."
"Thank you, but I really shouldn't."
"Why not? You've probably had the worst day of us all here in camp. If anyone deserves a drink, it's you. I won't tell. Pinky promise."
Father Mulcahy mulled the offer. "I can't. But how may I help you, Hawkeye?"
"I just wanted to...I wanted to see how you're doing."
"Me?" It was the first time all day anyone had asked him that question.
"I know you've seen a thousand men and women today, but I know it can't be easy for you. So come on, Padre, spill it. How's your head holding up?"
Father Mulcahy sighed. "To tell you the truth, not so well. I have a headache and my throat is raw from talking and my ears even hurt. I shouldn't...I shouldn't be telling you this."
"Why not? Confidentiality goes both ways you know!"
Father Mulcahy's eyes started to well up, and he looked up towards the sky. "To tell you the truth nothing makes sense anymore. The things I once knew, I don't. The things I once was so sure of...now I'm not sure what to make of them. I am beginning to think I'm in the wrong profession."
"War is hell, ain't it Padre?"
He looked at Hawkeye, breathed a deep sigh again, and nodded his head. "I think you said it best for both of us."
"I wish I knew what to tell you. I wish I had an explanation. And if I'm doing some serious soul searching than I can't imagine how you must be feeling."
"why...why aren't you here? Why aren't you with..."
"Trapper? He passed out a long time ago. I didn't want to be alone, and somehow I suspected that you might not want to be either."
Father Mulcahy smiled for the first time all day. He'd almost forgotten how sensitive his friend could be, when he wanted to be.
Hawkeye handed the priest the drink, and looked at him and said," Pray for forgiveness tomorrow. Tonight this may be your only friend."
Father Mulcahy nodded, and took a long drink then sat the glass down. He felt bad, but not as badly as he did for all of his comrades who had lost their leader, a great friend.
"You know something, Hawkeye?"
"What's that? I'm all ears."
"I might hate myself tomorrow for that, but for tonight, I really don't care. The hell with today, I say."
"I'll drink to that," They both lifted their glasses in one final salute to their fallen leader. Father Mulcahy knew that Hawkeye could be trusted to keep his secret. And he knew in the big scheme of things he would be forgiven. After all, he was only human after all, right?
The end
