    Default Episode Fifteen Now Online...

    Good afternoon everyone

I can now confirm that the penultimate episode of Fantasy Knots Landing is live on the forum to enjoy. Episode 15 is actually a feature length edition comprising of two episodes in length and once the links are broken down for archive purposes, you'll see this installment incorporates Episode 16 as well. So have your popcorn in hand while reading it as it may take a while...

By the episode's end, life for a few of the residents will have changed forever as we say goodbye to two of the regulars while watching two more characters get themselves into a whole heap of trouble to ensure a monster cliffhanger.

As always, I'm grateful for any feedback I receive so feel free to comment and say what you think below. Next week is the last ever episode and we're going to have an extended audience including a few specially invited readers - so this is the last chance to determine how you would like to see the Knots Landing legacy shaped before we go off air since I highly doubt there will be any more reunions to come (though like you, I live in hope!).

So sit back, grab a beer and enjoy the penultimate edition of Fantasy Knots Landing

Finally, the monster episode you promised in your previous post KM.

This was the third of tonight's catch up treat for me. I have to say that "My First Love" raised the bar a little (beautiful title by the way). Infact all these episodes are brilliantly titled.

"False Arrest" was another such example and while I spent the entire episode waiting to see who would be falsely arrested, I had an incline it would be Abby since she has been on a downward spiral this year with all her fraudulent ways. I had hoped Paul Fairgate would be the false arrest (even if he was guilty) as it kills me to see that Abby is going to be locked up behind bars even if she does deserve it.

The third act of this episode was my favourite though. I loved all the interaction between Meg and her brother Daniel. It was also cool to have Richard Avery back in the thick of the action. A natural way to bring back the Avery family. I wouldn't mind seeing a spin off featuring more from Meg's trip there. It sounded amazing.

The payoff was that amazing video scene with Meg watching the "Noises Everywhere" video. 20 years later and this still gets to me.

All the FKL videos so far are brilliant. I just wish we could've had more of them earlier.

Hats off for the cliffhanger though and the false arrest itself. Can't wait.

Will Abby escape prison? What a finale it's going to be.

What an amazing episode KM. It's taken me an hour and a half to read which you're right (I finished work at 5 and I'm still here reading). That is the length of two full episodes.

The stories are building up to the climatic finish you promised - but some of the stories are really nice. I am glad Bobby has finished with Hayley and hopefully he will be reunited with Meg when she returns from Richard's place. I loved the scenes with Meg visiting her family. The scenes with Daniel were lovely to read and I felt myself getting choked up when Laura's bedtime story to Meg was read. Fabulous stuff. It's also great that the Mackenzies are staying in Knots Landing. Great to see Betsy had a happy ending after about 3 years of unhappiness and great to see that Patrick is moving in with Paula.

The only part that upset me was Abby's story. While it is wonderfully dramatic, I hate the thought of her ending up in prison and I hope the final episode sorts out that storyline to make sure we have a happy ending. I cannot wait to read the final episode tomorrow. I will be desperate to get to work tomorrow morning so I can get online and read it during my lunchbreak.

Thank you for all your hard work. This is the best FKL has ever been.

Terrific edition of FKL. I love how Abby's story has climaxed into something really huge. Her public arrest and humiliation (however unjustified) makes me desperate now to read the final episode.

My favourite part of the episode though was Meg's segment. The scenes with Daniel and Richard were beautifully written with lots of love and care and great acknowledgment of Knots Landing's history. Infact this whole season of FKL has been like that. All the little references to Laura and Sid and the past have made me really nostalgic to go and buy some old DVD's of the series - if only there were more to buy.

I spent most of the episode thinking Bobby was a rat - for sleeping with Hayley after leading Meg up the garden path like that. How could he do that? I thought he was more decent than that. In the end, he saw through Hayley which was good but his morals went right out the window the minute Hayley came along flashing her boobies in his direction even if it was just briefly.

That aside, I can't wait to read the final episode now. However it's something I want to delay for as long as possible so I still have new stories from the Knots Landing franchise to look forward to.

Thanks for the kind words Mr Fairgate (and everyone else for that matter). All I'd say with regards to the above comment is please don't hang about too long before you read the final episode as I can't guarantee how long this forum will remain open for now that FKL has ended so if you want to read any outstanding installments, I'd do it sooner rather than later

Outstanding episode as always KM. Sorry it took so long to read however I was on holiday last week and just returned on Sunday.

Favourite parts for me were (as others have stated), the segment involving Meg and her brother Daniel. I loved the way she learned all about her past life as a baby and the environment she was born into. Equally as enchanting was the video where Laura read out the bedtime story to her. I don't know how you managed to get that video created to include the "grown up Meg" section but well done for that.

It was also a terrific way of having Richard brought into the story though a cameo. Between Richard's appearance this week, Laura popping up on the video and Sid being featured in the last edition, there is a really nostalgic feeling to this season of FKL which I'm loving.

The end scene with Abby was scintillating "viewing" as such. I'll admit to being delighted at seeing Frank Gardner die because it marked a turning point in what has now been a long drawn out story. Thankfully when we reached the turning point, things really moved up a gear. Nevertheless I wasn't quite expecting to see Abby arrested by the end of the episode. I have a feeling she'll get off with the crime but it still makes fascinating reading to see what's going to happen between now and then.

Only part I wasn't keen on was Bobby going off with Hayley like that and treating Meg so cruelly but then, had it not been for this, we would never have got the scenes with Meg and Daniel and Richard so I can't complain too much.

Can't wait for the final chapter which I know is online but I'll save till later on.

    Five stars
