What season is showing on RTE now?

Im watching Knots on RTE, well recording it and watching during the week at an acceptable time. Though RTE keep changing the times it starts so I end up with either 5 mins off the start, or 5 mins of the end. Or both. But the in the last two episodes I watched Val left Gary after finding him in bed with Abby.... Then in the next episode its starts with a recap of the last one and then Gary and Val are seperatede and hes with Abby.

Was this the season 3 finale and season 4 premiere? Because there is a big difference in the look of the two episodes and one felt like the end and another felt like a beginning. I believe it was called "A new day"

Or something similar. Appreciate if someone could let me know.

Yea, you're at the end of season 3. "A Brand New Day" was the season 4 premiere.

Very true. I'm rewatching Season 4 right now and i'm loving it even more than I did when I originally saw it! Its a great season and it only gets better!

Dallas season 6 (DVD) for this guy. This is my first time watching, and while the big D isn't without its charms, I gotta say it's a bit of a chore at times too. Certainly nowhere near the quality of Knots Landing, imo. It is way above Dynasty, though. I'll give it that.

Yea I agree that Knots is the best in terms of over all quality through out. Well from what i have seen. But i cant imagine the quality slipping as far as anything like Dynasty... (which i still love)

Yeh, as much as Dynasty slipped I still loved it.

I watched Dallas before I watched Knots, so I still love Dallas, but Knots is my absolute favorite!

Yea I love Dallas too, Well i have only seen up to Pams exit in season 10. But thats one of my favourite seasons. Really love Dynasty too despite its shitness for long periods. But knots its by far the best. In that it it feels like its in the real world ish!
Everything about reminds me of my childhood. Even though i was born in 1983, I guess in Ireland styles and trends were somewhat behind LA.
I just love all of the cast of Knots they are all brilliant! I am loving Mack with Karen! Damn was he hott!

Yes there is something about Knots that makes me feel very nostalgic because it always seemed to reflect the times better than any other show on television. It all seemed so real! It had a great sense of pathos!

(And it still does.)

I'm currently watching season 7! So far season 4 is without a doubt my favorite. Such a great blend of everything that made this show work.

I finished my re-watch of season 4 the other night (now re-watching season 3 of Melrose which is dynamite!). It definitely gets an A+ from me!
6 got an A+ from me the first time I watched it, but 5 only a B+ so it will be interesting to see my thoughts once I re-watch those as well.
