Cool! Of course, you don't have everyone from the cast up, but it's a good blend of old and new I suppose-definitely nice-looking.
why is Duffy in there instead of Brewster?
Brown for first course, white for pudding. Brown is savoury, white's the treat. Of course I'm the one who's laughing, because I actually love brown toast
Nice. Makes me want to see this on the air even more.

Yes it's exciting, its surrealIts really happening, weird

Great job! I am really looking forward to see this and Patrick blends surprisingly well together with the younger faces...
I think Patrick's in it since he's supposed to have the bigger role of the original three...

Man, i'm just bursting at the seams to see this bad boy put into production and on the airwaves!

Put Larry and Linda in too - in like a shadowy form - the Legends of Dallas![]()
What did you want, a banner that only reflected the new line-up? Is Duffy not a part of the cast? Yes, the banner says Dallas, and now there's somebody in it to prove it.
I know, I know, we're all a bunch of misguided fools here. If we aren't pleased with every change they want to make, it means we prefer WOTE-esque parodies.
Who needs older characters to give the show weight when you can have a bunch of attractive young people carry the whole thing? Can you believe the original show included geezers like Jock and Ellie, a middle aged sex symbol, and a gray haired ranch foreman? Who needs a show about family and business conflicts amongst characters of varying ages when you can just stare at all the pretty people?

I just dislike Patrick Duffy

IMHO the new look is very representative. The new John Ross Ewing III has a bad eye in his head. It looks as if he could be very much a chip of the old block.
Jock, Bobby and Ray are rounding up a big head of cattle, in one of the Southfork fields. Jock notices that something is wrong, (a scene from season 2, DVD-3, 1979 – ‘80):
Bobby: “Daddy I found a dead cow, up at the Braddock county line. Looks like screw- worm.”
Jock: “Well that one has got screw-worm, that’s for sure. If we don’t take care of it fast we are liable to have an epidemic, on our hands. What about those Ray, they alright?”
Ray: “I found one in there, with screw-worm Jock.”
Bobby: “We better ride every posse. Take a look at every herd, in the morning.”
Jock: “Good idea Bobby! We sure have a lot of ground, to cover.”
Looks very much like it's John Ross vs. the rest of the Ewings.
It IS lovely. But I'm a wee bit afraid of it.
