Who could have hosted SNL
I asked this question on the Knots forum. In a fantasy world, where Charlene wasn't the only cast memember to host SNL (which she only got after Larry turned it down), which cast members would you have host?
If you're really bored, tell what sketches/characters you'd have them play.
Larry for sure. I'd have him act out what would happen if J.R. had found Jeannie's bottle instead of Major Nelson.

I think any of them could have especially , Larry, Patrick, Ken, Victoria or Linda Gray. I picked Patrick, because he is know for his funny pranks.
I think Barbara would have been very good on SNL. She could have had chili cooking skits similar to those of the old "Julia Child" skits, or had mock family room scenes--can't you see Dan Akroyd as JR and Steve Martin as Jock? Jane Curtin could have been Sue Ellen and Gilda Radner as Pam-her Rosanna Rosannadanna wig would have doubled nicely as Pam's poodle do, don't you think?

Charlene was the host of the infamous episode when Charles Rockett dropped the F bomb, while in character as JR, thus leading to his being fired.

In the UK we don't have SNL but we have Friday/Sunday Night Project which I believe is based on the same format. I think Patrick would be a natural for the show because he has the right sense of humour for the programme.
