Yeah, CNN was saying that too.. He should surrender , it would be better for him. He really did administer too many drugs to Michael. His excuse was he begged for it, well being a doctor, he should have known it was killing him. I don't know how this will turn out? It really is a sad situation, Michael is gone, and this Doctor could go to jail for a long time. I think Michael did contribute to his own death, but everyone just sat back and watched until it was too late. It was obvious, Michael was in dire need of help.

IMO and I am allowed one, Dr Murray is innocent of the charge, he administered those drugs on the instruction of Michael Jackson or one of his entourage.

This is just a cover up by the Jackson family to avoid Michael of being branded a star who addicted to some medication; and Dr Conrad is the scapegoat.
Just my opinion.

How very sad these "celebs" lead such lifestyles which results in early death, and yes, Elvis was addicted to prescription drugs, which, I am sure, added to his early death albeit the natural cause was cardiac arrythmia.

MJ was a hopeless addict. Deepak Chopra said MJ sought him out to try and get injection medicine for pain and to sleep. When Dr. Chopra asked MJ about the "pain", MJ simply said that he needed strong medicine and needed someone to give it to him "quietly". Dr. Chopra said "there are many ways to deal with pain", and suggested a 30 day pain management program. MJ declined, as that would wean him off of the drugs. MJ didn't want that.

What is unfortunate is the next thing Dr. Chopra said to Larry King....which was that when you have oodles of money, you will always be able to get an unscrupulous doctor to write prescriptions for medicine....because the rich celebrity knows that there is a doctor who will do what they want if the price is right. Anna Nicole did herself in this way too.

I don't think that Dr. Murray intended to kill MJ.

I do think that Dr. Murray was grossly negligent in despensing drugs that are only supposed to be used in a hospital setting. The death of MJ reinforces this fact, as there was no equiment on site at MJ's house to revive him in the case of an overdose.

I think Dr. Murray, for the callous disregard of protocol, should permanently lose his medical license, and serve time in jail for that and the involuntary homicide.

With all due respect to your opinion I disagree. While, Michael is responsible for his part in this I don't deny. However, Dr. Murray is a licensed medical doctor. Along with that comes the responsibility of a doctor. He administered a drug that he had no training to do so and in an unsafe enviroment that put the patient at harm. Wether Michael begged till hell froze over the right doctor would've done the right thing and denied treatment. He killed him!!!

I can't believe that that Dr is now claiming that MJ awoke and gave himself the final lethal dose of that medication that killed him. Of all the low things. He is guilty and he knows it. Blaming MJ isn't going to change a thing.
