Excellent News about Season Six!!!

Folks,

Just to let all readers of Fantasy Knots Landing know that plans for the new series are back on track again

As you will know (if you read the relevant threads), our new series was suffering a major delay due to the fact I was having difficulty tracking down the guy who made our Season Five credits and was on the verge of looking elsewhere for help. While I know we had options elsewhere, posting videotapes across the Atlantic where most of these people reside would prove time consuming (and costly) to say the least.

However over the weekend, my mate has got in touch with me and confirmed he will be available to make the opening/closing credits for Season Six. I'll be spending the next week or two digging out old videos and arranging the taping of the various cast members, then I'll be able to get the completed video off to my mate for uploading.

While I'm still knot too hot on the idea of confirming airdates, I am hoping that we may have Season Six up on time for the end of February. This will give us time to get the credits together and prepare you guys for the new series by posting all the usual preview threads to introduce you to the Class of 2009! I will confirm airdates closer to the time though.

In the meantime, get ready for more fun and mayhem - Season Six is on it's way baby

Don't worry Ome. If you can cover 30 sixty minute episodes of the real show in three days, I'm pretty sure you can read about ten 45 minute editions of FKL in the next 5 or so weeks

This is great news. You've no idea how great it is to have brand new Knots landing dramas to read about. The show is no longer shown on TV anywhere so this is the next best thing and the great thing I love about it is that I get to follow it on a weekly schedule which is something I didn't get to do much with the real show because by the time i got into it it was on Cable television where it shown five times a week and near the end of it's run. It was only during the last year of it's run where I manage dto see it each week so with FKL I can get to follow it on a weekly basis and get excited over all the cliffhangers.
