I'm drawing a blank. There was a Lila on Another World in the 90s. The only other Lila I can think of is Lila Quartermaine.

Okay, she was a bit obscure, unless you were watching As the World Turns in the mid-1980's. She was Lyla Montgomery's sister, a cougar-ish lawyer who had an affair with Steve Andropolous (and his brother Frank!), and was aunt to Margo and Craig. She was also memorable for her "Felicia Gallant"-style helmet hair.

I know Mike Karr was a character on Edge of Night, so I'll go with EON for Laurie Ann Karr.

Wow! Finally--considering you have stumped me numerous times!

This should cinch it for you though: It was a prime-time soap, Allison was played by Mia Farrow, and her love interest Rodney was played by Ryan O'Neil.
