I thought that was a movie,I think Joan van Ark appeared in it.Is it a series maybe a mini series?

i started taping it when it was first shown in UK in ?? 85 but it was pretty awful and never kept it so taped over it long ago

Glitter was a serial with Morgan and Tim Pat Murphy - Aaron Spelling produced I think - but never picked up for second series!! If you watched it you would know why!!
