I'd like to go to Nova Scotia sooo bad to meet a buddy I know from the internet, but I can't afford it...what should i do?

Find someone in a better location, maybe Florida. I hear Nova Scotia is cold and snowy and not really worth the trip

Ask your Internet pal from Nova Scotia to come up with the air fare!

My dad met a woman on the Internet in 2000, and he was actually able to get her to pay for his flight from Washington State to Maryland where she lived! He lived with her and even had a job there for awhile. However, she also paid for his bus fare back once she realized he was wanted in Washington State for not completing his mandatory drug court sessions. But that's another story!

Make sure that you are sure that this person is who they say they are...I traveled across the ocean to meet someone I met on the internet...luckily for me, the trip was a gift from my parents for graduation and this person was who she said she was.

If you really can't afford it right now, try to save some money and maybe talk to your parents about lending you some of the money or ask your friend if he/she can help you pay some of it.
