This is my first post here. I ran across this pic of Randy Powell. He is originally from Mason City, IA. He graduated from the University of Iowa.
He sure has aged in 25 years.
I will try to follow up with the newspaper article.

Wow he certainly has aged, but then nobody stays young forever.

I hated Alan Beam, though Randy did very well in the part. He was a convincing sleaze. I liked how he and J.R. were plotting to bring down Cliff.

I am amused at all the comments about people hating his chest hair. Back in 79 and 80, that was what ladies loved most about him. Randy Powell had one of the best hairy chests ever. Tom Selleck, Sam Elliott, and Alec Baldwin were the he-men. They still are. I don't get the modern fascination with grown men shaving all their hair and looking like teenage boys. But, whatever. )

he's aged well compared to the others on the show. Linda Gray is the only one I can say has really aged well imho (thus far of people we've seen)
