It's a horror made in the 70's I think. It terrified the life out of me, so much so that I can't remember the name. Basically a group of people go to stay in a haunted house and there is a picture of a man whose hand has been cut off at the wrist. Any time anyone looks at the picture, his image comes out of the picture with the bloody stump pointed at them!!!!

It wasn't Hush Hush Sweet Charlotte. It was made in the sixities and it was set in the South.

It might have been a Hammer Horror film. Could have been a movie with Ingrid Pitt. I am not sure. There were so many horror films made in England.
