jackie looks different

i noticed she is heavily made up in very dark makeup and her hair is so different. i thought it was a wig at first but now i dont think so i was wondering if she had cancer at this point. i thought her face was very puffy. and all the scenes of her are only of her sitting anymore behind the desk. maybe there is a reason for that. was she pregnant?? she holds her head way back in every scene this week.

it could have been the cancer...remember how Jin Davis looked in his last days on Dallas...that's how Jackie looks.

I didn't notice her looking bad, AT ALL. I think she died in the late 90s, so I highly doubt she'd have cancer this soon. Anyway, her new hair color is cute, and she still looks good.

I'll keep a lookout, but I did notice how nice she looked so I dunno what yall are talking about.

She died in 1995 I think, so it probably could be as you are watching 1991...

I also noticed that she looks different. Her complexion is a lot darker than it used to be even before she became a brunette. Her hair used to be so beautiful, now it looks burned and dry.

It's rather sad to know that she is probably in the early stages of the cancer at this point.

I had to do a double take because she looked so much different as a brunette! I didn't even realize it was her until J.R. called her Jackie! What a difference a season makes.

She might have been in the early stages, she died in the mid 1990's.

It was sad to see her like she was in 1991, then look back at the episode "John Ewing III P1" in 1979. Jackie's first episode, where she sells Lucy the gold necklace that she pawns to buy the pills.

The puffy look and dark skin is something cancer patients go through. I think from chemo or radiation treatments.

what is so sad we might be watching now knowing she had cancer and her NOT knowing in these episodes. life is scarey. but i do think something is starting to show her teeth looked different also. does chemo affect your teeth? alot of people say how bad katzman was in the end but maybe the death of his daughter took up all his thoughts. i would not be able to write if my son were dying.

I don't know if the disease affect teeth or not, but I have also noticed a difference there.

chemo does darken you... my ucle was on chemo and I thought his feet were dirty but it was the eefects of the chemo

I also noticed several changes with Jackie as well. I agree it is very sad to think she was most likely going through something so hard, or just about to experience it. Cancer is just so sad!
