    If they're making cuts, they're very small. What I think they are doing is using technology to speed up the episodes somewhat, so they can squeeze in one or two more commercials. This is especially evident on Season 5 playing on DFN now; quite often, the characters sound like chipmunks when they speak because of the speeding up. (Maybe the older seasons are harder to adapt than the later seasons?)

    Deleted Scenes on Soapnet

    We know that some scenes are deleted in each episode to create more air time for more commercials. Does anyone know just how many minutes each episode is being cut?

    Also, will the episodes released on DVD have these scenes restored?
