They were at the funeral of Amanda and Peter, standing up aside from all the chairs full of funeral attendees, and Michael said something to Megan like "Look at how fast life flys by. One moment you're here the next you're gone." It looked as if the scene had to do with him most likely congratulating her on her wedding to Ryan and telling him he was sorry for all the bad he did in the past to her. She just looked on, upset. If I recall, wasn't Michael and Megan's final shared scene a few episodes earlier?
