Who should be the TRUE owner of Ewing Oil? Should it be JR? Or Bobbby? Or Sue Ellen? Or John Ross and Christopher's?
Who do you think should own it?

I think Ewing Oil should be owned by both Bobby and Sue Ellen just like it ended in WOTE. Then, once Bobby and Sue Ellen no longer wanted ownership of Ewing Oil, or whatever is stated in Jock's Will of ownership of Ewing Oil (once John Ross and Christopher both turn 21) should have split ownership of Ewing Oil (i.e., John Ross, CEO, Christopher, President). Actually, if Lucy does not want ownership since she's the eldest grandchild of Jock Ewing, then the next eldest grandchild should have ownership - James Beaumont. This one is a tough one. James would have to prove he's J.R.'s son by paternity or DNA tests. Let's also not forget about the other grandchildren - Bobby, Betsy or Gary's other child from Greg Sumner's niece (forgot her name), Margaret, Luke, and Cally's son. Gee, did I forget anyone? Oh ya, Charlie, only if she's legally adopted by Ray. Jock's great-grand child, little James, Jr. The list is endless. But ownership would be in that order. I guess once John Ross or Christopher have children of their own, the ownership would go to them. But that also depends on Lucy and James.
But, right now I would say that Sue Ellen and Bobby have the rightful claim to Ewing Oil. I know that everyone else would like to see J.R. on top again, but he's done enough wheelin' and dealin' and doesn't deserve Ewing Oil. Who knows, Bobby could give his ownership of the company to Christopher. Sue Ellen would then give her ownership to John Ross. Everybody else would have to battle it out with John Ross and Christopher. LOL! : )

After Jock died, and forever more, until JR goes, Ewing Oil should belong to JR, he is the one that put the most effort into running the company, he was the one that gave up his time to control EO. Bobby was to interested in other things to give EO all the time it needed to be successful and Sue Ellen, I believe only wanted EO to get back at JR, EO needs an owner who has all the time it needs and not one who wants to run it for revenge.

J.R. is the rightful owner of Ewing OIl.
That company needs a real oilman at the helm.
Some of these Jokers the writers had running the company were a joke! Michelle, Sue Ellen,
Cliff. Forget it. Plus James isn't even considered a real Ewing becouse he came along after 87. He is just a wife-beating loser! Code-Man was a better fit for that guy.
