I have always thought it was ironic that J.R.'s 2nd marriage to Sue Ellen broke up because of his involvement with Kimberly Cryder. Unlike Sue Ellen or Mandy, J.R. had no feelings for Kimberly. She was not even one of his sexual pursuits. She was just a tool that J.R. used in his pursuit of Weststar. She meant nothing to him. I don't remember even seeing them have a bed scene together. In the end, Sue Ellen lost J.R. to his ambitions, not another woman.

I hated Kimberly. Well, until she helped Sue Ellen, but even at that it's a shame that it took her father's death to bring her to her senses about JR.
