Considering rising oil prices, what do you think JR would do to end them?

I think we've seen what JR would do, and any SMART business man. He'd lower the price at the tank and bring in a killing. I wish these oil losers around here would be as smart. They'd make millions. Though I must admit, it's down to $168, knock on wood.
