Your Soap of Soaps

How cool would this be:

Imagine a new soap derivied from all of the 80's prime time soaps? Think about a soap where Alexis Carrington, Abby Fairgate, JR Ewing, and Angela Channing all go up against eachother to create the largest coorporations in the US.

I mean definintly you could intermingle casts. I mean can you see sitting down to dinner at Southfork with Sumners, Ewings, Channings, Colbys, and Carringtons?

That would be a fantastic idea... so long as it was independent of the other shows. Do you remember in the 80s there was that tv movie about some high school dance. "Up All Night" maybe?? I don't remember but anyway it had everyone who was in a popular sitcom at the time in it. I remember Vanessa from Cosby was in it. Carol from Growing Pains was in it. Mrs Poole from Valerie was in it. Many many more. But it was almost the same type of thing. I think it would be cool to do something similar with the 80s soap casts!

I've heard this idea before and have had it myself...I think it would be nice as a TV movie...sort of a spoof?
