I am at the university library

visiting this site on the public terminals as we speak. Across from me there is this guy who keeps talking to himself. He is really wierd and I have seen him here before. One of the librarians told me he spends as much as 6-8 hours a day on the computer. If you sneeze he will scream out gesuntiedt (sp). He must have some sort of mental problem.

Hey at least he enjoys the library. I just discovered it myself not to long ago, j/k, i dont like spending much time at the university library, especially since all the journals i need for research are in the basement on moveable shelves. Im afraid someone is going to lock me in between one, one of these days.

I'm at the library and the wierdo is back again. When I came in he was standing in the entryway talking to the pay phone (not talking into it) and wagging his finger at it. Couldn't understand what he was saying but I think he needs to go back to the funny farm.

Lately I've actually had to make most of my posts from a public library (although this weekend I'm housesitting for an aunt so I can use her computer) but unfortunately the library has blocked out many websites that include chat. They know about him. The thing is the public terminals are taxpayer funded so he has the right to use them, even if he isn't a student. The only way they can kick him out is if he is surfing porn or harassing other people. He really isn't bothering anyone, just behaves wierd.
A friend that is a librarian assistant here told me he used to go to the public library and surf the web there but they only have 3 terminals and he was hogging the computer so much they had to put a half hour limit on usage, and it still didn't work so they told him he was no longer welcome and he threw a fit.

this guy sounds like a serious problem, i would find another liberry, and there's a pay phone there? wow i thought those were obsolete evry1 and there dog has a cell phone(even me, prepaid though) of course at my high school library we never have those problems of course because normaly the general public dosentcome use it and today during my lunch break i had to come use to get some work done and it was just me and our librarian and shes a nice lady so i didnt worry....
