Today.....we measured our body fat and took our blood pressure......The girl that did our BP scared the shit out of me when she said my BP was 180/130..... http://images.bravenet.com/brpics/smilie/22_yikes.gif So I went to my doctor and the nurse checked it.....130/80....so I was good.....

Then when we measured our fat in our body composition.....mine wasn't even on the chart....it stopped at 127....and mine was 135...LOL

So on the way home....I stopped and bought a salmon filet for grilling and am going to walk down to the garden and get me a squash and a couple of ears of corn......I guess I better call Richard Simmons and tell him my FAT STORY....ROFLMAO
