SOAPnet Signs DAYS
ABC/Disney's SOAPnet has signed a five-year deal with Sony Pictures Television for repurposing rights to NBC's popular daytime drama Days of Our Lives.
The series is expected to make its debut on March 15, 2004 at 7pm, ET/PT with a five-episode marathon of the weeks shows airing on Sundays.
UPDATE
SOAPnet's deal also includes a limited library of classic DAYS, which could be used for holiday or other special programming events they may plan. It is a five-year deal.
This is excellent news!
I love Days and never get to see it, but now I'll be able to see it often! I wish it were sooner though since the current storyline rocks!
