Hello, it's me again and I am now working on my first season of "Clement Hall" and I am trying to get together a show "bible" but don't know where to start. Does anyone know how to put together one and what all should go in it? I saw Soap Talk the other day and a former head writer for a big time soap gave good pointers on how she maintained her writing and the shows' stories. Anyone else have any other ideas? Please DO NOT be afraid to share.

I would have thought the characters' back stories would be a good place to start, and then where you see them developing in the long run.

I am working on that now, but do you know anything else that might help? I did the episode guide for season one already, and I'm gonna start on season two soon. I have the show in my head for four seasons so far and a possible spin-off.

Sounds like you're already there! I guess to make it as detailed as possible is the key. God, as they say, is in the details!

you should buy the book "how to write for television" by maggie dimaggio. it gives you great tips on how to be a good tv writer....
