Isnt Abby just wonderful, true she may be a nasty b1tch when she wants to be but it really moved me today how much she protected Olivia, the way she confessed to killing Peter was very noble of her. In my oppinion she is the perfect woman good looking, smart, one hell of a bitch but with a heart of gold. Long live Abby!

Yes James, Abby is brilliant and I thought it was wonderfull how she protected her daughter. I love it when Abby and Karen are nice to each other too, but not for too long, but I wouldnt exactly say she has a heart of gold, but she is wonderful!

I agree with you both....she may be a bitch but I think she is great. She will do anything for her children..even say that she murdered someone. Long live Abby!!!

The scenes with her and karen are really good. i love the way karen always tries to be civil and abby always slips in a nasty or sarcastic comment at the end of the conversation. Then karen gets angry & complains to mack or val about her.
In later seasons, i think the relationship between anne & claudia was similar in a way. Although they were both schemers! The scenes where they seem to be reading each others minds are excellent.

Abby and Olivias mother daughter relationship seemed more real than Karen and Diana.

Oh, yeah!! Abbys IS wonderful. A truly unique character ... that's why I still watch "Knots" ... I haven't found a character as interesting as her. In Abby, expect the unexpected. For example, one minute she's scheming, the next she's donating one of her kidneys to her niece ... why does Abby do things like this? Only Abby knows & I love her for it!!
