Well, not exactly a lot to choose from in this instance, but my list would have to be.

1) Greg (No contest to the others that I have listed though LOL!)
2) Tom (He was Paige's cop boyfriend in the latter part of series)
3) Danny (I can't remember who he connected to! I think maybe Valene)
4) Gary (sorry, Gary's way down my list)

Knots didn't really try to play the "Hunk Card" the way many other soaps did (do). Of course, most will recall the way they had Gary running around in his boxer shorts a lot during his breakup with Val, and those pointless workouts with Cathy in the gym at the ranch (all they did was argue). I guess that would qualify him as the "Sex Symbol" of the show....but it didn't really do much for me. :-)

I can think of many characters who were probably brought in to be hunks, but the attempts fell flat: Harold Dyer, Steve Brewer, Alex Barth, Chip Roberts, Peter Hollister, Jason Lochner, Tom Ryan, and uggggh, Johnny Rourke. The endless parade of Paige's boyfriends becomes a blur after a while, though I recall David James Elliot being in there at one point and making a mark. I never thought of Patrick Petersen as a hunk, since I remember him as a hyper nine year-old running in circles in Karen's living room. :-)
