I had read episode summaries before actually watching the Wolfbridge storyline and had always pictured Mark St. Claire, who was heavily feared by both Greg and Abby, to be someone with a powerful image, like Tommy Lee Jones or Robert De Niro. Instead it looked like that got some guy who was probably Family Matters second choice to play Urkel. I thought this was absurd. Then I thought of Bill Gates. Despite having a weak image personally, he managed to use some very ruthless tactics in order to crush his competitors and craete a monopoly. Joseph Chapman might not have been that absurd of a choice and in some ways, considering Gates and his cohorts, might have been a more realistic choice . That was what was great about Knots. They always tried to keep their stories as realistic and innovative as possible and never resorted to cheap stereotypes. well, hardly ever.
