I thought Frank William's excuse to Mack for why the sofa was all torn was a little pathetic. Did he really expect Mack to believe that the delivery men did all that damage to his sofa, or that there was nothing he could do about it, insurance wise. I mean surely if your sofa arrived from the delivery people in that condition, you would complain and the delivery firm would have to do something about it. Either Frank thinks Mack is gulliable or Frank is incredibly stupid.
