Who could be the new evil sibling? Obviously in the original series we had Katherine and Kristin.
So who could be the baddie?
How about a recast of Charlie Wade? Dragged away from Southfork, resenting Bobby for ditching her mother, hating Ray, jealous of Lucas and Christoper.

I can definately see Charlie being resentful but I can also imagine brotherly bitterness between Christopher and Lucas.

I'd like to see either Jimmy or Cally's child show up. I can see them being bitter.

Charlie is not technically related to them but I can definitely see Lucas (as Bobby's natural son) believing that he is entitled to what Christopher has.

especially after having Ray fall into his financial mess that forced him to sell his ranch in 1998. Lucas may think that it's not fair that he had to grow up with that, while Christopher grew up with all the Ewing wealth.

This show needs some decent females we know, instead of all these newbies, Charlie may not being a blood Ewing but she had expectations she was and her life was more of less directed by her mothers relationship with the Ewings. Plus of course she is Lucas's sister, so Charlie could be interesting.
But i would like Cally's baby to have turned out to be a girl, despite what James Beaumont told JR, a twenty one year old manipulative daughter would be good fun. A classic Dallas villianess, starts out all sweetness and light but holds a bitter grudge.

Yes agree...i always thought they should have given JR a daughter...a female mini Jr

Suppose if it goes to full season there will be room to add new characters, and surely, using some of the offspring would be great!!!

I'm sure Cynthia has plans in mind beyond the pilot episode, and these will unfold once we get a full series pickup. Let's see what she has to say about things like this in her interview (shameless plug for UD's upcoming interview).

I love that idea. Alot of potential there.

Lucas is a great idea.

I think they seem to have a good setup for now-an evil female sibling is not always required. I suppose they could go that route with some of the off-camera offspring should they bring them on, but I don't know if that would be good or not.

There definitely needs to some female intrigue beyond what Rebecca's character will bring to the movie.

THAT has some potential. In my opinion the mischief is only really fulfilling if there is a grain of legitimate reason behind it. I personally think the most potential for drama in the Bobby character lies in him being somewhat rigid and unimaginative. He just may not be able to recognize and effectively deal with a situation like this.
Maybe never the favorite son JR could relate to him better.
