Has anyone ordered this DVD? I ordered mine 10 days ago. No one responds to emails. No tracking number. I can't help but wonder if I've been robbed. I got an email confirmation from Julie Gosse Erick@ErickGosse.com , they took my money but do not respond to email. Anyone know how to get a response from these people ? Any help would be appreciated.

I got mine when it came out, and I love it. I actually spotted myself 5 times in the DVD. The bonus features are great. My favorite being the uncut footage from the cast dinner at The House of Blues the night before. I'd keep on them though. I've found in situations like yours, that it helps to put (2nd, 3rd, 4th email) in the subject so that they know you've been emailing multiple times. But it is worth getting.

This may be a little off topic, but I heard there were issues with the reunion. What exactly happened at Southfork?

To be honest, I think it's up on youtube- at least a long question and answer session I saw.
I only know the many things and threads I've seen on the board, but the whole event seemed to be a soap opera in itself and I think a sensitive subject around here. But I was not around here when all of it was happening.

JR we will try and contact them for you. But everyone seemed to receive their copy.

I don't know if they're legit or not, but I hold the makers of the DVD partially responsible for the fiasco at the 30th Reunion BBQ. We paid $700 more for each ticket to have a cocktail hour before the BBQ in the ranch with the cast, and we were literally pushed out of the ranch (told to step outside for a few minutes and then not let back in) so they could film. No filming of any DVD or news program or whatever should have been done during the hour that my wife and I spent an extra $1,400 to participate in. I encountered the DVD people at other times during the event and it was always the same thing: please step aside, we're filming for the DVD. I wouldn't give them one penny for a DVD of that event.

Basically, the people who paid outrageous $$$ got burned, promised not upheld.
People who paid little $$$ got the same thing when the night actually got there.

I wanted to let anyone know I did in fact get my DVD and its worth every cent. I highly recommend it to any Dallas fan. I spoke with Erick Gosse personally who was very apologetic. The first shipment never processed.

Thats not good at all but that wasnt for the DVD. I believe some show had exclusive rights, might be ET or some other entertainment style show. I believe that also blew up into something after it ended with the oragnisers.

Actually during the Q & A session I believe it was only the guys making the documentary and fans who were filming...
I think some of the exclusives took place later that evening after the fireworks when the reunion was more or less over...
I think what annoyed VIP fans the most was that the cocktail hour was crowded with press...

I saw different shows there, and saw their logos. The people that I'm talking about were not from a show like ET.
The whole thing with the cocktail hour was just terrible. I ended up meeting every one of the cast members simply by being in the right place at the right time. But most other VIP members did not get that opportunity, as they were promised and for which they paid for. The press should never have been allowed at the cocktail hour. It was advertised as a "special private cocktail hour with the cast" and we all know it wasn't that.

Thankfully I squeezed $500 out of by credit card company in refunds. That brought the whole cost down to $330, and I think I ended up getting a decent time at that price.

I bought two $800 tickets ($1,600 total) and requested $700 back per ticket from the credit card company in a dispute and got it refunded. Then Granada Theater had the nerve to dispute the dispute and it was rebilled. So I filed in small claims court. Then they called me to work out a deal if I postponed the court date. So I did, but then they never returned my phone call and we missed the court date. THEN the Judge Judy show said they would do it, but then I got in an accident and subsequently had surgery and a long recovery. So I don't know what I can do at this point.
The whole thing just left a really bad taste in my mouth, and the idea of watching a DVD of it really doesn't appeal to me. I am glad for the time I had with the actors, but felt very very bad for the heartbroken people who paid so much money (including my wife) who got to meet no one.
I can only imagine seeing myself on the DVD nearly getting into several brawls with the rude, belligerent $100 ticket people who not only walked into the VIP area, but had the lack of consideration to actually stand right in front of us seated at our tables, blocking our view. If you see a guy in a plaid shirt and surfer dude blonde hair yelling at people....well, that was me!

Now that is the DVD I want to see, not taking away from your awful time, but a DVD of the fights, arguments and frustrations would be a best seller :)
Btw I heard legal issues are ongoing with this.

I initially got refunded $700, and had the Granada Theater dispute the dispute. That's when I involved the Better Business Bureau to go after my credit card company, and filed in small claims court. The credit card company then decided to give me $240, and wanted me to sign waivers and silence agreements. I said no to that, and they kept after me with over the limit fees. So I involved the attorney general's office. The credit card company said they wouldn't speak to the AG's office because it was going to court. So as a last negotiation I said to the credit card company give me another $260 to make $500 total, and wipe out all over the limit fees on the card, and the case will be dropped. They agreed. So I ended up with $500 plus dropping of over the limit fees. Then I closed the account.
Funny side note, I contacted Judge Judy about this matter, but they never answered me.

LOL That would have been hilarious. It could of ended with Larry playing a sex tape of Judge Judy and the court officer and making it public if she didnt let them off. :D

Well like I said, I WAS going on Judge Judy until my accident. I actually really like Judge Judy and I'm pretty sure I would have won.

I think we should use Judge Judy to deal with all our moderation issues. That would fun :) What a shame you didnt get on there, what was the case you would have done?

If Granada Theater agreed to go on, it was going to be to get back $1,400 of the $1,600 I paid for the DALLAS Reunion BBQ.

Somehow I doubt they would have agreed to go on. They seemed very dismissive of the whole thing and wouldn't answer emails after they disputed the dispute.

They actually called me and tried to settle out of court. I told them that if they paid me back what I was owed, I'd help them go after whoever they lost money to. So we canceled the court date, and then they didn't return my calls.
